As a designer I sometimes find coming up with intelligent bug descriptions tricky when I’m talking about small graphical problems. Upping a screengrab solves this kinda stuff.

As an amendment to my suggestion perhaps either you could include hosting of images in the packages that you offer or (better) you could allow a default ftp server to be set up so that companies use their own space to host the images. The average joe bloggs spotting a bug may not have access to their own space y’see

You can include an image in any ticket by typing the URL of the image with an exclamation mark at either end, like ! this ! without the spaces.
There’s an example here if you edit the bulletin body you’ll see what I mean.
