Sign up captcha does not accept written out answers

For example, I tried to answer “zero plus two plus zero” with “two” but got an error stating the answer was wrong. Only numerical answers seem to be accepted.
The fact the question is asked using written out numbers prompted me to answer it in kind, so either accepting that or adding a clarification would be nice.
