It at least needs to be an option, if not the default ordering rather than by updated_at descending order which seems to be the case now.

Wow, 10 months of this being requested and no dice still?
This is a pretty basic feature – there should at least be some comment by the company about this.

Throwing in my support for this….when I go to do work, I try to take them in order of severity….kind of a pain to have to search through the list when doing this.

Seems that this is one of the most fundamental things you’d want to do with a bug tracking system. I can’t believe it’s not present. Did I just miss it in the UI?
