Alternately from using just spaces, some may end up creating new tags by inserting commas between tags:
tag1, tag2, tag3… and so forth.

You can now tag in any one of the following formats (some combinations also work):
tag1,tag2
tag1, “tag two”
tag1 tag2
tag1 “tag two”
