When accessing non-existant tickets (eg. http://beta.tailshq.com/projects/1/bugs/1337), the error message has two “close” buttons.

I think it’s picking up another session item called “return-to” for bouncing you, and displaying it as an error message. I’ll have the notifications looked at.
