Line breaks don’t appear to seperate paragraphs for any of these report forms. /n/r =
this should be a new paragraph.
so should this.
this too, but after submitting it will be condensed into one lumped paragraph.
I can see stripping out a 3rd hard return and any there after, but tails should identify at least 2 hard returns as the end and start of a new paragraph or at least replace them with proper break tags.

I put many line breaks in between these two lines, yet they are somehow drawn to each other like lovers.

What’s this a duplicate of? The ticket Tom linked (completed) doesn’t seem related to this problem and I can’t find a dup for the line break issue specifically. Line breaks still aren’t happening in forms.
