Simply as I like the idea of adding a beta banner at the top when it is in beta – with a link to the report a bug page, which could have the current page in the URL as a value, i.e. report a bug for this page, just to make things simpler for the tester and more specific for me.

Fixed in the upcoming deploy. You can link to /bugs/new?tags=mysite.com to autotag the created ticket.

Yes, you could even expand this to be a mall .js include to include on client sites, so they can submit the page URL, and give a rating and add a comment without leaving the site that’s being debugged.
Of course this is specific to web development, but what the hey!
