Tails Tickets

Now the point of Tails has always been to eschew overseer-type functions like this, but the reason behind this request is important. So important, that it deserves it’s own paragraph:

We want to be able to store non-relative statements for users (e.g. 9 instead of ‘me’) in the reporting system and have it work properly. This is currently affecting the shareability of links to report pages, and must be fixed.
