When Twitter throws a wobbler and sends back an error page, Chirrup fails silently and reverts to cache. Whilst this is semi-clean error handling, it could be better.
Caused by failed connections’ buffers getting parsed into DomDocument. Non-critical, but spammy on the logs. Fixed.
