Chirrup Tickets

If we’re distributing as a package, it would be nice to include a small script which determines if the host server can run Chirrup. Detect dependencies, scream and shout if any are missing. This would also be useful for troubleshooting – i.e. it could test if the XML cache is writable (I predict this will be the #1 (Privileged display state for page owner) point of failure with Chirrup installations.)
