Installation instructions don't seem to work.

Hello!. I have followed your installation instructions to the letter and have check that everything is running under Firebug on my Firefox browser, However I get no UI to display let alone make comments on twitter. I am testing this on a locally hosted server before I will move this to my production server. (is this a problem)? I have also used your example HTML file and just modified the example URL to localhost. I also modified the twitter username and password so all seems to be correct.
Off the top of your head what am I doing wrong ?

I’m having the same issue. I’m not sure what else exactly I’m suppose to be doing to get it to display.
Any help would be great.
