When someone comments with another @name besides the header @blogger_name the @name should be rendered w/ a link to the target’s twitter account.
e.g. the following tweet:
@angryamoeba http://tinyurl.com/4qcphk isn’t this awesome @knowtheory!?
should render as:
isn’t this awesome @knowtheory!?
